BRECK MULLER, MHA, PA-C

Breck, owner of BRECK Aesthetics & Wellness, graduated with a Masters in Physician Assistant studies from The University of Oklahoma in 2010 and received a Masters in Healthcare Administration from Oklahoma State University in 2019. She is certified by A4M in Weight Management and Peptide Therapy.

Breck has over 13 years experience in the aesthetics and medical operation industry. She recently served as Vice President of Medical Operations at Ideal Image, where her team of Medical Regionals led over 1000 medical professionals in 160 clinics across the US and Canada.

She is now Vice President of Medical Operations at AVANTA Medical and pioneering wellness spas in the Oklahoma area.

DR. DARCI HAZELWOOD, DO

Dr. Hazelwood is a board-certified family physician who graduated from Kansas City College of Medicine and Biosciences in 2003. She completed her rotating internship at Oklahoma State University Hospital in 2004 and was then called to active duty by the United States Navy. She served as a U.S. Naval Flight Surgeon until 2008, traveling all around the world with both forward deployed overseas and stateside units. After her military service, she returned to Tulsa where she completed residency at the University of Oklahoma, Tulsa.

Dr. Hazelwood is originally from Oklahoma City and graduated from the University of Oklahoma, Norman. She now resides in the Tulsa area. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, sports, music and spending time with her family and fur babies.

DR. JENNIFER HOWELL, DO

Dr. Howell is a board-certified OB/GYN who graduated from Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences in 2003. She completed her residency at Oklahoma State University Medical Center. Dr. Howell has been in private practice since 2008. She added aesthetics and wellness to her repertoire several years ago as she is passionate about treating the whole patient and offering them more options to reach their health and wellness goals.

She lives in her hometown of Tucson, Arizona. In her downtime, she enjoys traveling, exercise, and spending time with her spouse, three daughters and two rescue pit bulls.

DR. JAMES BORON, MD

James Boron, MD, FACS, FCCP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of surgery. Dr Boron obtained his Bachelor's degree in Health and Exercise Sciences from Wake Forest University in 2006. James then pursued a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Florida State University, completing his degree in 2010.

James's most recent position is serving as the Senior Medical Director for Burn Care at Vericel Corporation since January 2022. Prior to this, he worked as an Acute Care Attending Surgeon at Health First from November 2020 to December 2021. James also served as a Burn Attending Surgeon at OSF Saint Anthony's Health Center from August 2017 to June 2018. From July 2015 to June 2017, he worked as a Trauma and Burn Attending Surgeon at John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County, where he also completed fellowships in Burn Surgery, Trauma Surgery, and Surgical Critical Care. James began his career as a General Surgery Resident and Intern at WellStar Atlanta Medical Center from July 2010 to June 2015.

Dr. Boron has achieved several additional certifications including Certification in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care Certification from the American Board of Surgery in 2016 and 2017 respectively. James is also recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians, with both titles being obtained in 2020.

ERIN SHANNON, PA-C

Erin brings over two decades of medical expertise and a profound commitment to weight loss and wellness to Breck Aesthetics. Her journey began with a BS in Biology from the University of Buffalo and a BS in Physician Assistant Studies from Daemen College. In 1998 she embarked on her medical career in head and neck surgery and facial plastics followed by a career in aesthetic medicine and education. Erin was a Clinical Preceptor and Injectable Trainer at Ideal Image for over a decade. Erin loves connecting with her patients and helping them achieve their goals with personalized support and guidance. She is a birding enthusiast and enjoys photography in her spare time as well.

ERIN JONES, MPAS, PA-C

Erin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Tulsa and received her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Utah. She has over 10 years experience in aesthetics and medical operations. She recently served as a Medical Regional Director at one of the nation's largest Med Spas where she led the medical teams in 21 clinics across the US. Erin was born and raised in Sydney, Australia and came to the US on a track and field scholarship. She is excited for the privilege to be part of her patient's health and wellness journey. She enjoys travel, reading and all things pop culture.

TAMARA BENNETT, PA-C

Tamara graduated with a master's in physician assistant studies from The University of Oklahoma in 2010. Tamara has specialized in urology for the past 12 years and has an extensive background in the wellness industry, graduating with a bachelor's degree in exercise science in 2000. Tamara has worked as a personal/athletic trainer for several years, currently teaches yoga regularly and is a competitive cyclist in the Tulsa community. Tamara is passionate about her patients reaching their fitness and weight loss goals, she has developed a strong set of skills and proven record of assisting her patients with personalized fitness plans and weight loss guidelines. Tamara is a bike enthusiast and spends her free time out on her mountain or road bike enjoying the outdoors.

LISA VANIAS, PA-C

Lisa has been a certified Physician Assistant/Associate for 22 years. She previously practiced GI, Pulmonary and Critical Care medicine in Atlanta, GA before moving to Miami, Florida. She has been dedicated to aesthetics for 16 years and has a passion for health and wellness. She is currently devoted to learning more about diet, organic foods and healthier alternatives. In addition, she enjoys cooking, spending quality time with friends/family, reading and going for long walks to recently include her first 5K.

SHARON KIMBERLIN - Aesthetics & Wellness

SHARON KIMBERLIN, PA-C

Sharon graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Tulsa in 1992. She spent nearly 20 years providing sports injury management and rehabilitation services to thousands of athletes. In 2013, Sharon earned a Master of Science in physician assistant studies from Missouri State University. Her work in sports medicine and the orthopedic arena continued after graduation when she returned to work at Eastern Oklahoma Orthopedic Center as a surgical physician assistant. Sharon is excited to bring her years of experience to Breck Aesthetics and Wellness assisting patients with sports medicine, orthopedic and overall health concerns. Sharon lives in Owasso, Oklahoma. She is a sports fanatic, especially regarding the Tulsa Hurricane teams. She also enjoys traveling and making memories with her spouse, family and friends.

KARALYN EVANCO, PA-C

Karalyn is a board-certified Physician Assistant with more than ten years of experience. Born and raised in Buffalo, NY, she also earned her Physician Assistant license there before beginning her career. At Breck Aesthetics and Wellness, Karalyn specializes in medical weight loss and peptide therapy, building on a strong background in aesthetics and hormone replacement therapy. Known for her compassionate, patient-centered approach, she is dedicated to helping individuals look and feel their best through personalized, evidence-based care. Outside of work, she enjoys collecting antiques and has a love for old houses and all their charm.

TRAVIS BUCHANAN, PA-C

Travis graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Tulsa in 2007. Following graduation, he practiced as a Certified Athletic Trainer at Oral Roberts University. He then went on to continue his education at the University of Oklahoma-Tulsa, receiving his Master’s degree as a Physician Assistant. He practiced in orthopedic surgery for 10 years and is now doing pain management across Oklahoma. Travis loves to travel, cook, watch sporting events and spending time with his family.

LACEY RHODES, RN

Lacey graduated Rogers State University in 2005 and worked at Ascension St. John for over 10 yers as well as travel nurse and home health care. Lacey and her husband have two children, Bella and Kensley, and two fur babies, Shelby and Bentley. Lacey loves to travel, read and enjoys outdoor activities.

KATYN MEDLIN, RN

Katyn was born and raised in Grove, OK. She graduated from Grove High School in 2021 and went on to graduate from NEO A&M with an associates in nursing in 2024. She worked as a med-surg nurse tech for over a year and is now full time in labor and delivery. She plans to go on to receive her Bachelors in Nursing. She is engaged to her high school sweetheart, is very family oriented, loves the outdoors, hunting and is a huge Chiefs fan. She loves helping and caring for people and is excited to join the Breck team.

SHAELYNN COOK, RN

A nurse by trade, this wife and mother of two, found herself at a crossroads when it came to her work and whether passion should fall short of degree. When Shaelynn chose to leap, she found herself diving into social media management amongst a community of successful women owned businesses. She is thankful for her unconventional path and how it has led her to Breck Aesthetics and Wellness. She hopes to implement her creative, yet organized design approach to the social media marketing team at Brecks.

ANGELA MOWERY, LPN

Angela Mowery is a Licensed Practical Nurse with over 17 years of experience in the medical field. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care and building meaningful connections with her patients. Outside of work, Angela enjoys golfing, being outdoors, reading, and spending quality time with her family.

SARAH PEREGRIM, RN

Sarah Peregrim, is a Registered Nurse with over a decade of experience in medical aesthetics, clinical education, and patient care. Throughout her career, Sarah has held leadership roles in medical operations and education, and her background includes hands-on clinical experience as well as developing and standardizing treatment protocols, ensuring both clinical excellence and consistent patient outcomes.

Sarah provides concierge aesthetic services while incorporating a holistic approach to skin health and aging. She is passionate about combining aesthetic treatments with lifestyle, nutrition, and wellness strategies to help clients achieve long-term, natural-looking results.

Outside of her clinical work, Sarah enjoys staying active, being outdoors, tackling DIY and homesteading projects, and spending quality time with her family.

LEAH BELL, RN, BSN

Leah Bell is a RN, BSN and brings over 13 years of experience in the medical aesthetic industry, and more than a decade spent in leadership and clinical training roles.

Originally from Oklahoma, she has called Texas home the last 14 years and now resides in a small town around Dallas. Her passion for aesthetics is rooted in helping patients feel confident and empowered through natural-looking, results-driven treatments.Known for her expertise in injectables and advanced aesthetic treatments, Leah has built a reputation for blending clinical precision with an artistic eye.

Throughout her career, Leah has trained and mentored clinicians in a wide range of aesthetic procedures. She is widely recognized for her leadership and commitment to clinical excellence, including being recommended to join the Allergan Medical Institute faculty.

Along with Breck Aesthetics and Wellness, Leah provides a highly personalized aesthetic experience designed for patients who value expertise, precision, and an elevated patient experience. Her philosophy centers on enhancing natural beauty while prioritizing safety, education, and long-term results.

Unique fun fact about Leah: She graduated high school at just 16 and went on to earn her BSN by the age of 20.

LAUREN THOMPSON, NP

Lauren is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with over 12 years of experience, bringing a strong foundation in both clinical care and leadership. Throughout her career, she has held key roles in operations and medical compliance, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and patient-centered care.

In addition to her work in the wellness and aesthetics space, Lauren is passionate about education and advocacy. She partners with The Allison Rose Foundation to provide allergy and anaphylaxis training to students, educators, and staff in schools, restaurants, and colleges—helping create safer environments and increase awareness around life-threatening allergies.

Outside of her professional life, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
